Nice, Responsable and respectful guy seeks a room

I am looking for a single room. I am available to move now . Visa to work and rent ( settled status) I have italian and morrocan origins. I am friendly , i speak english perfectly and I lived near Brighton when I was young . i am not religious but respectful, also with sexual orientation or even food if you are vegan . I like pets but I am not looking to have one. I have enough saving from my previous work at ASOS in Watford and at Verisure in France to pay the rent during a year . I can show you Bank statement. But I am looking to get a job as soon as I can in customer relationship for exemple. I have worked in digital marketing area but I just spent 5 months in Paris for medical reason . I also went to Florence after to visit and relax. I always enjoyed going to to Italy so I can talk about it if someone is interested. I am not looking to go back to Watford. It would be easier to work again in customer relationship in London or near London. I am very serious and pay my bills on time and I am not searching to live in a place in London just for fun. I like simple things , games , going out for a walk .... I am open minded and respectful and I value privacy and respect space of others. I am totally fine to respect every rules.
I know i am little older than you would expect, it's only because i travelled in several countries and did little job with the working holiday visa when I was younger like Australia or Canada so I graduate college lately , it was the only way to be less shy and less anxious and it helped me . Now I am friendly and like to share things and talk to people.
Now I only want to be able to have a quiet life in U. K. and meet people.
