Buddy up needed from Dec/Jan 2026 onwards

My preferred location is SW London preferably from Wandsworth/Putney to Richmond. I'd like to be close to either Richmond Park or by the river for runs/walks.

I'm looking for a flatmate that's outgoing, preferably fairly sporty and that takes shared-responsibility for keeping the flat tidy. I'm not a huge drinker and would much prefer going for a cycle or run.

A bit about me...I work at a sports marketing agency and looking for a roommate to share a comfortable living space with.

I work remotely 2-3 times a week so will need space (preferably in the bedroom) to work. I have an active lifestyle, I gym in the morning and regularly cycle with friends on weekends.

Down time is important and like nothing more than a night in watching any type of sport.
