Looking for a double room

Hey, I’m a 25 year old profesional who works full time as a mechanic in Newton Abbot, Im looking for a double room to rent for ideally a few years. Im a pretty quiet individual that likes to play video games alot so might require good internet. Most of my time will be spent at work during week days, but when home i do like to chat occasionally, watch films and go for walks/ ride my bike, but also like to keep to myself somedays. I don’t drink or smoke and don’t have pets. Im a really clean and tidy person and have slight ocd, I have a car so will require a parking space too. Just looking to move out my current temporary stay to somewhere abit more permanently. I would kinda prefer to live with someone close to my age and ideal just one other person but at a max two and im also okay with budding up to find a two bed with someone. Thank you for any messages.
