Room waned for mature Professional Student

Hi there I am looking for a place to live on the Sussex coast. I would like a large living space like a double room or 2 rooms if possible.

I am a part time student and I also work around university.

I'm sober and just looking for a quiet place to live.

I'm happy to socialise with housemates and can hold a good conversation.

I'm clean, quiet and considerate and I would expect the same in return.

I enjoy sports and fitness, running, walking and generally keeping active.

I'm looking for a short term let as I finish university in July and plan to move on.

Parking is essential.
