Mental health professional looking for dbl room

Budget has some flex for the right room/people.
Looking for a double room in Hove or Brighton (near a train station)
I am a mental health professional working for a London based charity. Work in the office on Thurs.
The work I do is confidential, so i need a lot of peace/privacy throughout the day, so am happy to work from my room (but would need space for a desk!)
I am really into well-being, enjoy going to gigs, lots of walking/exploring, being outdoors, trying new recipes and fortunately cleaning (it’s therapeutic ok!) also mostly sober, don’t care if you drink but not looking for a party house.
Very keen to make new friends and occasionally have cosy TV nights, cook the odd dinner together and have evening chit chats :) however I recharge alone (v important to me) so will also be very happy to give space and keep myself to myself too.
Want to make somewhere feel like my home, not just a room. Happy to get to know someone first and look for a place together.
