Mental health professional looking for dbl room

Hello I’m Nico (she/her) :)
Budget has some flex for the right room/people.
Looking for a double room in Hove or Brighton (preferably near a train station)
I am a mental health professional working for a London based charity. Work in the office on Thurs.
The work I do is confidential, so i need a lot of privacy throughout the day, so am looking for a quiet, tranquil and wholesome space:)
I enjoy going to gigs, lots of walking/exploring, being outdoors, trying new recipes and fortunately cleaning (it’s therapeutic ok!) also not a massive drinker and not looking for a party house, more into well-being. I come with lots of plants 🪴can share kitchen equipment and have my own furniture if needed.
Very keen to make new friends and occasionally have cosy TV nights, cook the odd dinner together and have evening chit chats :) however I recharge alone (v important to me) so will also be very happy to give space and keep myself to myself too.
Want to make somewhere feel like my home, not just a room. Happy to get to know someone first and look for a place together!
