Ideally en-suite with parking. I’m not the best at parallel parking so proper parking rather than pot luck street parking haha

Desk. Bookcase. Bed. Ie furnished. I do have “stuff” but will put in storage.

Ideally prefer to stay at the same place for the whole of my study. Mature in age and mostly in persona 🤣

Primarily student whilst working part time professionally.
