.3O-year-old librarian looking for double room in friendly, LGBT-supportive house with people of a similar age. Clean and tidy, responsible social, and was Lead Tenant in my last place with plenty of experience of renting. Outside of work, I love running, watching new films at the cinema, reading and spending time with my friends, usually at a nice pub!

I'm currently staying with family and my old landlord lives abroad and can be hard to get hold of, so I would prefer to be able to give an employment and/or character reference if possible. Happy to negotiate a higher deposit or rent in return for this, to provide you with some assurance, and always willing to discuss referencing terms.
