I’m a 28yo Marketing Events Manager at a tech company, looking for a room in Clapham up to £1.1k/month. I’ve been in London 4 years already.
I only go to the office on Wednesdays, so looking for a room with space to put my desk. I also teach piano on Tuesday evenings so will be out the house then.
I’m looking for a place with 1 housemate, ideally my own bathroom but open to sharing if the place looks right! I love gardens but appreciate London is spenny, so a balcony would be ideal.
About me: I love to play piano, drums, guitar, surf, ski, snowboard, I speak Spanish, Welsh and German and I’m always up to socialise. I’m a pretty liberal person politically, and as much as I love a party I also need my time to chill. Plus I’m super clean so no worries about the dishes from me.
Moving in: I need to move out my current place by 1 Feb, but I’m away for work 26 Jan - 10 Feb. So I’d ideally need to move my stuff in on the weekend if 24 Jan before going, or I’ll put it in storage and move in after 10 Feb.
