Looking for Accommodation or Flatmate(s)

Hello,
Professional working as a Civil Engineer in Plymouth. Typically work 07:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday so would be out most of the day!
I’m from Merseyside so I typically drive home on Fridays but that takes around 7 hours with traffic so hence the reason for my search.
Hoping to stay all week and alternating Monday-Friday.

My requirements (but not essential);
Car parking;
Ensuite Room
Basic furniture
City Centre
Bills included in rent.

Looking for a suitable, tidy and well maintained place for the foreseeable future. Preferably in City centre so I can go out after work for food and drinks.

Willing to share with students or other professionals alike.
