Hi! I’m Maddie and I’m looking for a short-let

Hello! My name is Maddie, I am looking for a room from when my current contract ends in August 2023 until December 2023 for around 4 months.

I am soon to be 25, and I am coming toward the end of my two year MSc in Occupational Therapy (ending Dec 2023), training at the University of Lincoln.

Before starting my course I was working full time and feel that I would be best suited to living with post grads/mature students/ young professionals. I am clean, tidy, and like to cook/bake. I am also easy to get along with and enjoy having a chat (usually over a cup of tea)!

My preferences and necessities are:
House of no more than 4 occupancy (necessity)
No more than a 20 minute walk to Brayford pool campus (necessity)
West end area (preference)
Tumble dryer (preference)
Space to keep a bike (preference)
Parking (preference)

I would like to live in a peaceful, happy house with clean and tidy communal areas and shared respect for each other.
