Advertising professional for mature share

Hello, I'm Sean. I've been in a temporary one bed since mid 2021 and since my 6 month lease is coming to an end I am looking for a mature LGBT friendly flat share, ideally 2-3 people max.

I'm a creative director for a drinks conglomerate (Good if you like free beer!) I often work long hours so am respectful of others, noise and communal spaces. I’m also pretty clean, for example, I would always clean the kitchen after I use it.

The important bit - I’m in the office 3 days a week minimum, usually 4 days, and then either working from home M or F. So will not be in your face all the time.

I usually get up early and go to gym or the lido before work. I'm also in a band - but I wouldn't play any guitar through an amp in the flat out of consideration.

I’m ideally looking for a 12 month flat share, that would hopefully go on longer if all went well.

My budget is 1200pcm max, plus bills on top and I’m happy to pay more if my room has an ensuite.

Area wise I'm interested in zones 1 -2, N1 / E8 / E9 and South London like Clapham, Borough etc. (Not Brixton however.)
