En suite single or double Room needed

I'm a hgv mechanic in full time work and work long hours. Just looking for a room to rent to sleep after long day.. parking is a must. I'm a happy go lucky person although I am quite shy at times. I'm clean and tidy also. Only problem is I haven't got references as always lived with partners or family but if your happy to can get a reference from them. I do have 2 children that don’t live with me but I would like to have them stay 1 or 2 nights. Maybe a furnished flat would be handy but everything so hard to find these days.
