Buddy up for flat wanted

Hi, I'm Andrew and I'm looking for a buddy up for a house/flat share, moving in around August.

I’m looking for a nice premium flat, with an en-suite, ideally good views of the city, and am willing to pay extra for the right space.

Male or female buddy ups welcomed, it’s most important that we are looking for the same kind of thing. I’m very respectful around the flat, work outside the flat 5 days a week, like to be clean and tidy, happy to socialise.

I'm a Marketing Manager by trade and am starting a business at the same time. Very hardworking and driven, love a good book. .

In terms of hobbies - I love exploring new places, eating/drinking out, going to the gym, cinema, and just general socialising! Pretty easy going and open to most things.
