Professional female looking for room NR1-NR3.

I am a professional looking for a room in Norwich.
34 year old Non smoker. I have a car so some sort of parking required. No issues with pets or smokers however I do not smoke myself.
Looking for a laid back house with males or females but not living with couples. Respectfulness of each other’s space necessary but happy to have a natter when we’re at home at the same time.
I work full time, working from home 2 days per week (sometimes work from a café or pub to mix it up). I also work away at times. Time away can vary from 2 days to two weeks.
Not looking for a party house however up for a nice natter/glass of wine in front of the TV.
Ideally I’d like to move before the new year as things will be busy work wise for me from January.
