I am a teacher from Nelson, New Zealand, I am moving to Altrincham, Cheshire this year in April
My next teaching post is at BTH Catholic college, in Alty starting on 20th April 2026. Currently I am home in Nelson New Zealand, but will be flying back to the UK on April 14th.

So I am looking for a place to rent for either 6 mths or 1 year, near the BTH college, I travel every weekend and during the school holiday terms (approx 8-10 weeks per year)

I am happily married, my husband will join me in July for the school holidays as we are off to explore Europe. Husband can only come for 2mths... sadly. We have 2 daughters at University in Wellington. Thus I return to Nelson at every opportunity.

So if you happy to have a tenant that pays rent & is hardly home - that's me!
**Note - in July/Aug I will be touring - the room will be vacant (I just need space to store my teaching materials)

I am looking for a self contained unit or large double room or 2 rooms to rent: that has parking / ensuite / bike storage / room for a teachers study desk for marking (which is 'loads' of fun!). For the right rental I am prepared to alter my monthly budget.

My post grad work at Canterbury University, ChCh New Zealand was in Weddell seal research and I lived at Scott Base in Antarctica. I love getting out and exploring places.

I LOVE to travel so I am away most weekends sight seeing. Paris is my favorite.
