Couple looking for a room near Addenbrookes

I am a 26 year old medical professional working in pathology lab. Me and my partner are looking for accommodation within commutable distance (preferably walking distance) of Addenbrookes hospital, and available by March. I am a vegetarian, but my partner is not (he does not eat pork). Our priorities for the new room are cleanliness and ample storage space. We prefer an ensuite, but is open to all properties as long as they are furnished and well-lit.
