Make Professional Looking for a Room to Rent

I am moving over to Cambridge in the new year to work as a Front End Developer in a tech start up based in the Cambridge Science Park however I am looking for a room somewhere nearer the city (within 20 mins walk of the city) if at all possible.

About me:
- I would consider myself an easy going, friendly individual.
- I don't tend to stress often.
- I lived in Galway (city on west coast of Ireland) for 4 years during my undergrad in computer science and I’ve always got along extremely well with any of my housemates.
- I am looking to move into a house with sociable people as I won’t know many people when moving over first!
- I am extremely tidy, organised and trustworthy!
- I exercise every evening, either a long run or a gym session.
- I like to work hard during the week and then relax over the weekend by chilling, watching movies or going out socialising.
