Looking for a place in York until summertime

Hello,
I’m a student at Askham Bryan doing a level 3 in forestry and arboriculture (studying trees) three days a week and am wanting to move into york to avoid long journeys. I’d spend occasional weekends and time during holidays visiting my family near Ripon so wouldn’t be in the house super often.
My mum would be the guarantor and paying rent, most likely viewing places with me too.
I’m used to a busy house as i come from quite a large family so i don’t mind lots of housemates or something a little bit noisy and i’m good at sharing amenities. I’m a mature friendly and respectful person that’s easy to get on with as well as good at being sociable or keeping to myself and i don’t make much noise, although my mum says i laugh lots - so hopefully ur not too funny.
