Looking for spare room/ flat or house share

I’m a full time nursing student, my course has been extended hence the awkward tenancy dates. I have one old cat, she is no bother and sleeps all day so she causes no damage, so pets allowed accommodations only please. I keep myself to myself generally but also love to socialise. I’m clean and keep my space clean, I will need somewhere to park my car. Washing machine and access to amenities is preferable, as well as my own bathroom space but this is not essential.
