PhD Professional looking for 1 bedroom flat

Dear spareroom,

I am a 34 year old NHS professional and PhD graduate working in Public Health with the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat to myself as my long-term landlord is selling.

Open to continuing living in Bristol or move to Cardiff, depending on what may be available!

I am a quiet, clean, and conscientious tennant with positive references available from all the spaces I've rented over the years. I do not smoke, have no pets, and look after my environment.

Pelase do let me know if you have something you feel would be suitable, I'm looking for a comfortable and clean flat, ideally with enough space to comfortably work from home on occasion.
