Looking to rent in/near Newcastle

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, and relaxed place to call home. I’ll be starting my doctorate in clinical psychology at the start of October. After work, I like to relax, hit the gym, or do some yoga to stay active and balanced.

I’d describe myself as clean, tidy, and easygoing—I’m respectful of shared spaces and enjoy keeping a positive atmosphere at home. I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat, but I also appreciate downtime, so I strike a good balance between the two.

I’m looking to share with no more than two flatmates who value keeping things tidy, like a friendly vibe, but also respect each other’s space. My budget is around £650 (with some wiggle room), and I’ll need access to parking—on-street is totally fine.
