Looking for a flatmate

Hi there!

I’m Stratis, 25, and I work as a Risk Analyst for a FinTech company. My current lease is ending on the 1st August, so I’m on the lookout for a new place to move in by the end of July or early August.

A little about me: I work hybrid, with two days a week in the office and the rest from home, so I’m after a place that’s comfortable for both working remotely and having a good commute when I need to go in. Ideally, I’d love a double bedroom with my own bathroom, and I’m particularly interested in a spot in the city centre for convenience and a bit of excitement.

When I’m not working, I’m all about balance – I enjoy hitting the gym, grabbing drinks with friends, and winding down with a good movie 🎬. I’m easy-going, friendly, and tidy – I believe in keeping things neat and creating a chilled, positive living environment.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate: Someone around my age, who’s also respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a mix of socializing and downtime. If you're someone who appreciates a relaxed vibe but doesn’t mind a good chat or movie night now and then, we’ll get along great!
