PhD Student and cats

I'm a PhD student at UEL, and I'm looking for a longer-term rental (1-3 years) for me and my two well-behaved, trained indoor cats. They are shy and content to stay in the room with me and the rest of their furniture. (If you would want them to roam freely, that can be arranged after discussion over litter tray and scratching board placement.)

About the human: I am an introvert and prefer to keep to myself. It's not as though I won't ever stop and chat, but I like to keep my private life separate.

Out of the home, I like to go walking in the local nature reserves, to museums, to restaurants, and out for a reasonable number of pints. I rarely have visitors, and I won't be throwing any parties.

I keep tidy in common spaces, but I don't move other people's things left out unless they're in the way. I have a robot hoover I'm happy to deploy (within reason and for dry messes only). It has enough self-preservation to not chuck itself down stairs, but it's otherwise very, very stupid.

One thing I am looking for in my new place is enough space to set up my projector, which will need about 4m wall-to-wall to get the best image out of (the screen is 72in). I am open to setting it up in a common space and sharing, but it must be considered that projectors use more electricity than modern TVs. I use it infrequently enough to have had no issues with power consumption.

Worth noting: I have prosopagnosia ("face blindess"), which means I have more difficulty than others when it comes to recognising peoples' faces. There is a good chance that I won't recognise you if I run into you someplace I'm not expecting you. It's not on purpose; that part of my brain is just broken. If your appearance is distinctive, I can learn it after a while, but otherwise I rely on recognising specs, hair, hats, or voices.
