Professional easy going

I'm an easy-going person, clean, healthy, worldly wise and well-travelled, erudite, open minded and sociable and social. Love a good laugh. I do now drink or smoke and attend the gym regularly.
I am a, take my shoes off at the door type of person.

I am looking to move to the area from March

I WFH a fair amount as a writer/sports journalist, but also work out covering events etc when it is required, so I would be around a fair bit.

I cook, in fact, I love to cook, not sure if that's a good thing, but there is no headcount because of my culinary efforts.

Am clean, conscientious and considerate.
I am moving into area after time away caring for my elderly mother full time.

I'd welcome contact with any landlords who may wish to discuss prospective future move in dates.

I lived in Worthing for four years, but the winds of change blew me back down to Surrey, but I am very keen to get back down the coast.
