Don't mind if you have pets or smoke but mind if your pets smoke. I'd prefer a house that isn't massive (2-3 is ideal), but I'm open if the house has the right vibe.
I'm well adveresed in being house trained after sharing for years, and am pretty easy-going and approachable.
