28yo Bristolian, working professional & 3rd yr law

I’m 28, a born-and-bred Bristolian (grew up around St Werburgh’s, St Paul’s and Montpelier) and currently living in Easton, which I love. I’d really like to stay in these parts of the city and am looking for somewhere unfurnished, ideally from September, but I’m flexible.

At the moment I live in Easton with a couple who are starting family planning so it’s time for me to find my next place.

📝 About me

I’m start my final year of a Law degree at UWE in late September after finishing a year-long placement with a music ALSP Hoare Associates, who I’ll start a new graduate contract with next summer.

Although I’m technically a student, I’ve always rented and contributed as a working professional, paying council tax! and I’d like to keep it that way. It makes life easier for everyone and gives me more choice in the kind of home I can find.

Alongside my degree, and paralegal work. I work in live events and festivals (mostly with Team Love) and help out at my family’s pub, the Star & Garter, when I can. Over summer I’m often away with festival work, but when I’m home I really value having a calm, relaxed space to come back to.

🏡 The kind of home I’m looking for

I’d love to live with friendly, easy-going people who keep the place clean and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere. I’m busy and independent, but I’m always happy to share a chat over dinner or a drink. I have ADHD so sometimes I just need to retreat to my room and recharge — nothing personal, just how I unwind.

I do smoke a little, but always outside. Helps me switch off after a long day.

🌱 A bit more about me

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll usually find me cooking, looking after my plants, going to gigs, or catching up with friends over a few pints. I love art, embroidery, a good box set, pubs, theatre and summer BBQs.

It’d be great to find somewhere I can occasionally have the girls over for dinner — just chilled, homely vibes.
