Flat share / Buddy up

Hey! I’m Will, 23, and work in finance as Head of Sales, based from an office in Mill Hill. I’m usually in the office during the week unless I’m travelling for work or in the City meeting clients.

I lived in Chiswick for five years with one of my best mates before spending this summer back in Sussex enjoying the dogs, shooting and countryside life. I’m now ready for my next London chapter. I could move back into my old flatshare or get a place on my own, but I’d much rather meet some new people and create a great home together.

I’m social and enjoy after-work drinks, dinners, weekends out and seeing friends, but my job can be full-on, so I also value a calm, clean home where you can properly switch off. I’m regularly in the gym, train Muay Thai both here and in Thailand, and enjoy shooting, golf, keen skier, and getting out of London when I can.

I’m looking to buddy up with one or two people who are active, friendly and genuinely keen to become mates rather than just share a postcode. Ideally you’ll be professional and have a similar lifestyle — finance, property or another professional industry would be a bonus.

Budget is up to £1,500pcm excluding bills, aiming to move at the end of August. I’d like to share with a maximum of two other people and find somewhere with a decent living space, nice feel to it in a plush area of London.

Keen to meet for a couple of beers or a coffee first and see whether we would be a good fit.
