29 year old professional looking for a room!

Hey, I’m Will. I work as a operations analyst for a footwear company based in Camden.

I’m currently living in Reading, having previously lived in London from September '22 - May '25. I'm looking for a place to move into ideally in end of September/October.

I enjoy cooking, reading, running/bike riding/kayaking, watching films and watching TV shows (both good and bad – subject to your own opinion).

I’d like to live with like minded and fairly social housemates who are considerate of communal spaces, enjoy occasionally cooking together and hanging out either at the house/flat, pub or parks in the summer.

The things that are most important to me in finding a flat/house are:
Good water pressure.
A semi decent kitchen.
a communal living space to relax after work.
A garden or balcony would be nice but it's not ideal.
