Looking for a dog friendly room/buddy up

Hello,

I’m looking for a nice space for me and my 4yo cockapoo Lola for upto £900pcm, ideally somewhere in East/North-East London/South Essex with good links into Liverpool Street.

Available for viewings remotely during the day or in person evenings/weekends.

I work as an Exec Assistant in Finance & wfh 1 day a week - on the day that I am home, I'm buried in emails with very few, if any, phone calls and happy to be hiding out in my room. I travel with work for at least a couple of days a month and am away at least 1 weekend a month visiting family.

I'd love to live with someone/people who is/are up for chats & the odd dinner/movie night together when schedules suit.

I'm quiet, tidy, clean & respectful of space. I'm an avid reader, a decently average cook, and very much a beginner gym-goer. I love to catch up with friends over a meal, travel whenever I can & use Lola as a great excuse to be outside as much as possible!

Lola is small-ish (12kgs and below knee height when standing - if you're 5ft7+) and has a dog-walker in place who takes her when I'm not at home. She’s always lived in a flat without a garden so is well adjusted to that & we have a great routine. She’s well behaved but will bark at the door going (I’m working with a trainer on this), not destructive, doesn’t shed any fur, fully house trained, curious about and friendly with people and other animals & will of course always be my responsibility - when I can’t have her with me she goes to a dog sitter or stays with friends/family.
