Trainee Teacher wanting a place to settle in

This Trainee Teacher seeks accommodation in Truro, ideally within 10 miles of the Roseland community school (where I intend to work).

Ideally, I would look to pay 500 PCM for all bills, including for a solitary room in a flatshare with fellow professionals, but hey, I can negotiate. Living with students can be a laugh (since I am technically one)

I will be working in a school all day Monday through Friday, so it would be great if you could work from home. Because of the job's complexities, I know I will keep myself to myself.

I am one of those housemates who like to get something done, be it housework or homework, so don’t hesitate to ask if I can do anything to make the house we want it to be.

Parking is essential as I regularly travel around the South West for friends and family.

Now, to something a little more “ice-breaker-y”, I like to write film scripts in my downtime, and if you have a question on Top Gear, I am your guy.

My days of wild house parties are also in the past, and I would look to live with folks who, yeah, like a gathering, but not something out of hand.
