30 Year Old Management Consultant Looking for Room

Hey everyone,

My name is Tim (he/him), a 30-year-old management consultant seeking a new home in London.

I am looking for a room with the following criteria:
- A room in a house, not a council house or high-rise.
- Maximum 4 people, aged younger than 40.
- Has a large wardrobe and a desk to work from.
- I am open concerning the area.
- I have not handed in my 2-month notice. I am flexible concerning the time but would prefer moving in in late November or early December.

A little bit more about me:
- Originally from Germany, I completed my MSc in Environmental Sustainability in Edinburgh.
- I’ve been working in my current management consulting role specialising in renewable energy for nearly four years.
- I work from home 2-3 days per week.
- Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by hiking, running, and engaging in environmental activism with Greenpeace.
- I’m seeking a c. 8-month stay in a comfortable, welcoming home. I am planning to move in with my partner around July 2026.
- As a clean, non-smoker with quiet habits, I’d be a considerate and responsible tenant.
- I can provide references and proof of my income, and I have Settled Status with the right to rent in the UK.

I am totally open on who to live with. I am open minded and think inclusiveness, curiosity, and kindness are key.
