Full-time working quiet lady with an elderly dog

I am looking for a dog friendly room or studio flat, preferably in NN3. I am a non-smoker working full-time in a primary school and I have an enhanced DBS check. I am Portuguese, I have a settled status and I also speak French. My future flatmate must like dogs as I have a 12 year old potty trained basset hound who always lived in flats with me. I am also studying at the Open University and I need to study at home so my flatmate should be a calm and quiet person. I am honest and tidy and I am looking for a similar person. About my dog: he is potty trained which means he does not urine nor defecate in the house, he will wait or ask to go for a walk (he has at least 2 walks a day); he has a mild temperament, which means he sleeps most of the day, he doesn't chew furniture or other stuff, only barks at visitors and when someone knocks at the door. He will be your bestfriend for treats. He gets on well with most of dogs and curious about cats.
