Looking for new property

Hello, my name is Stephen. I am a 29 year old male, based in Peterborough, seeking a place to live preferably before January 9th.

My interests are as shown, and I spend alot of my time on my own, however I'm also very up for socialising where it is welcomed. Outside of that I spent my time doing art, reading, writing, time in nature, and also focusing on bettering my physical and mental health, as these are areas I struggle in.
In terms of room requirements, my budget is around £400 but I can increase a little if a room meets my very minimal requirements, which is that it must just be big enough for me to be able to move around a little. An ensuite is preferred but NOT ESSENTIAL. This is absolutely not a deal breaker for me.

I would say that I'd be happy with anything I can find that's a safe room, and not homelessness.

I would be able to provide good reference from my current landlords, as I've been a great tenant and I've always paid my rent on time. They considered me even though I'm on benefits.
So that would be the only deal breaker, the potential landlord would have to be okay with a non working person. I dont work due to my crippling health conditions, however I dont let it make me lazy, as I am actively striving to better my health, and my life, meaning I wont always be on benefits if I can help it.

If you would consider someone on benefits, with a good reference, then I would prove to be a good housemate, and a good tenant.
I'm clean, tidy, mostly quiet, but any noise I do create isnt unnecessary, I play some music sometimes. I keep myself to myself, but as mentioned I am open to socialising if its mutual. And most importantly rent is, and always has been paid on time no matter where I've lived.

I know this is something some landlords struggle with accepting, so I'm asking to consider from your heart. I am in a bit of a tough spot with this sudden eviction. And bare in mind the eviction is the entire house on the basis the landlords are redoing their home. I will have a good reference. I just need someone to consider💜
