Charity professional seeks queer/trans houseshare

I'm Finn (they/them). Im a transmasc non-binary person looking to rent a room with other queer, trans or non binary folks.

I've lived with housemates before and very used to cleaning up and tidying as I go. I like a bit of me time but also enjoy the communal side of living with people, chatting in the kitchen, sharing a cuppa or glass of wine, a meal when schedules allow, gigs or pub trips too.
When I'm not working, I lead quite a slow chill life, I love nature, cycling, art galleries, gigs, music, coffee shops, sports. Activism is important to me, this year have been doing a lot around Palestine and trans rights.

I love animals (but don't have any), so sharing with any furry friends would be a bonus and happy to feed, walk, help out.

I work in the charity sector, for a homelessness charity. Usually in office two-three days a week but would like the option to work from home, so ideally looking for somewhere that can accommodate that

I have a bike so I am also looking for somewhere with storage (shed, garage, bike locker etc).

Location wise, am ideally looking for something within 30 mins cycle of Aldgate

I'm hoping to move by mid January at the very latest, ideally sooner for the right place. Budget max 800 inc bills.
