En-suite Room Wanted

Hey, I'm Roxy. I'm looking for an en-suite room to move in by 1st of March. I'd prefer an all female or predominantly female house. I'm employed full-time & also a student. I usually keep to myself but can socialise if vibes a groovy and no gossip nor fakery to be spotted. I like cleanliness and expect that everyone is considerate after using facilities.
My budget is £700 bills included but can stretch a bit if the room is really nice.
