Searching for a friendly female flat mate

I am a 55 old female looking to share with another professional ideally in a light and airy flat in Norwich city centre from early March to (as I will need to give notice on the studio flat I rent by myself.)The property must be central as I do not drive and must be able to walk to work. It is essential that my bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room is fine. I am a very clean, tidy and house proud individual and would like any prospective “flat mates” to be of the same mindset. As an animal lover but not an owner I am happy to accommodate any pets.
