Double room or buddy up wanted with professionals

Hi,

I am looking to either rent a double room or buddy up and find a property with another professional/s. I would like to share with people who are calm and friendly.
I work full time and some of my work is remote. I also have a very small dog (pomchi - smaller than a cat so not a threat to anyone).
Please note I require somewhere with a garden and parking and preferably with all bills included if renting a room.
