Looking for a room in a new build flat

Nice to meet you! I’m a 33 year old professional working in tech, originally from Montreal, and I’ve been living in London for nearly 8 years.

I’m looking for a room in SW London, ideally Battersea. I lead an active lifestyle, I enjoy playing sports, practicing yoga, and catching up with friends on the weekends and I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing at home.

I work from home most days and typically go into the office 1–2 times per week, so I’m used to being considerate and having a good routine while working remotely.

I’m ideally looking to move in around 18 January, but I’m flexible within January and could move slightly earlier or later for the right place. I’m looking for a long-term rental (around a year).

I’d also be open to buddying up with someone to rent a place together, particularly in a new-build development such as The Lark or Bloom in Battersea, if that’s of interest.
