Room needed

Hello,

I'm a contractor in the technology sector, I'm looking to make a big leap by moving out of Wales for the first time to start a new life in Manchester, where the work opportunities are better. I've visited the city a few times before and always liked the vibe.

I'm not a very loud or boisterous kind of guy, I'm more on the quiet and reserved side, except for when I play a little bit of guitar and play some music (please dont ask me to play wonderwall).

I'm quite a handy housemate to have around, people seem to like opening up to me for some reason, I have my own set of tools for fixing things, and I'm no stranger to removing creepy crawlies from the premises.

I do drive, so parking would be a big bonus. As well as creature comforts such as an en-suite, and a washer-dryer. Proximity to tram network would also add an extra point.

I've lived with people in the past who stored dried/fermented fish in cupboards and stunk out the whole kitchen, I've lived with grown men who would leave their underwear on the bathroom floor like they were expecting their mother to pick up after them. These are my biggest pet peeves when sharing spaces with others, I would prefer to avoid properties where I might run into these issues again.

Ideally I'd like something short-term until I get settled in the City.
The current lease on my apartment expires on the 3rd of July, so will need to find something as soon as possible. My budget is around £700 a month including bills, I do not have a guarantor.

*I'm a Non-smoker & very rarely consume alcohol.
**I do consume pork-based food occasionally, to be as respectful as possible to other people, if there's a risk that I could offend someone in the property because of that, it would be good to know up-front.
