Young Professional Looking for Spare Room

I am a 29-year old working professional based in SW (Clapham Junction), I absolutely love this area and want to stay local but I'm looking to move due to a mould issue that is not being fixed in my current flat.

I work at a behavioural psychology L&D organisation (sales), and I am a yoga teacher! I love yoga and movement, going to the gym, writing, and being in the sun - when possible.

I am chill, tidy, and very friendly. I love hanging out, but I also enjoy some quiet time to myself. In my free time, I mainly do yoga, go for walks/runs, and have coffee / meals with friends.

I am looking for a room in a shared flat with friendly people around my age, who share similar values and interests.
