Double room in or around the city centre wanted

Hi,

I’m 26 and working full-time in Manchester City Centre. I work Monday to Friday and tend to be in the office two to three times a week, working from home the other two days.

I’ve lived in Manchester for about 8 years, most of the time around town, and I’d like to move into a house or a spacious flat with a balcony.

I’d like to either:
- live in Ancoats area
- be within a 10-minute walk of a tram stop and no more than a 35-minute commute to town.

I co-parent my dog so she would only be with me some of the time. She is potty trained and very clean (hypoallergenic, shower every 2 weeks, paws and bits wiped after every walk). She likely wouldn’t ever be at home without me being there so I wouldn’t expect any help with her, but she loves a play.

I enjoy going out for food and going to the pub :)

Looking for 625 max rent. Plus bills and council tax band C highest.
