Buddy up and/or double bedroom wanted

I am looking for a fellow female professional who would like to buddy up and look for a 2 bedroom flat in Edinburgh.
Alternatively if you have any flat in Edinburgh with an empty room, I would like to be considered for it!
I am available to move in ASAP.

A bit about me:
I am 31 years old, I have lived in Edinburgh for 12 years and I love it here. I work an office job Monday to Friday 9-5 which occasionally means I work from home half the week. I like TV, going out to restaurants, exercise and most importantly lefty politics. I have an indoor 8 year old cat called Rocky who is incredibly well-behaved and low maintenance. She honestly is very relaxed and does not cause any issues as she is a senior cat! If you have any concerns about this i would love to talk more and answer any questions you have.

I am quite clean and sociable, however I am not keen on a party flat as I prefer a relaxed home environment. Occasional flat dinners to bond and socialise are something I would do, but I live an independent life and would also respect your space and time! I am open
to having a cleaning schedule for peace of mind.

I am sociable and shall be out with friends, and possibly 3 times a month invite them over for dinner/ movie nights. BUT i am very organised and you would have a lot of advance warning (and invite). I am not a spontaneous person so you would not worry about their being guests in the flat all the time. Ideally you would be the same- i have a stressful job so ideally i would not come home to a flat full of people regularly, and definitely with notice! :)

It would be good for us to meet and see if we are compatible in terms of living.
Or if you have any room already i can view the flat and we can both then ask each other any questions we have?
