Looking for a cosy, friendly place to call home

I am looking for a cosy, quiet home in a friendly, respectful atmosphere. Somewhere in the outskirts of Plymouth, ideally with my own space.

I am a gentle, friendly and open minded person. I am tidy, sociable, reliable but also need a good amount of time for myself. I love walking, spending time with animals, music, socializing and crafting. I´m learning to play the guitar and bass guitar, but I can make sure it is not too loud.
I am relocating to start a new job, working full time near Derriford Hospital. As I am more the country girl, I would prefer to find a nice place in the outskirts of Plymouth. My employment starts in January, so I am looking to move until then.
At the weekends I am often away, I enjoy exploring the countryside, meeting friends and going on hikes.
