Partner up for 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment

Hi,

I’m Naomi, 26, from London.

I’m currently looking for a female flatmate to team up and find a nice 2-bed, 2-bath apartment together.

Budget: £1,500 (including bills)

Move date: Ready now, but flexible

Location: Canary Wharf / Royal Wharf / E16 area only

Occupation: I work in property management and also in nightclub events (I work from home and the city).

I have a small, well-behaved, friendly Chihuahua, so it’s important you’re comfortable with pets.

A bit about me:
I’m very clean, organised, and respectful of personal space, belongings, and privacy. I’d love to live with someone who shares these values so we can maintain a calm, tidy, and comfortable home. I’m sociable and friendly, but I also value personal space and downtime.

A few house preferences / non-negotiables:

• No parties — occasional guests are fine with a heads-up

• No smoking inside the home

• Mutual respect and consideration for each other’s space and routine

• Keep shared areas (kitchen and living room) clean and tidy

• No loud noise or disturbances, especially late at night

• Someone responsible who pays rent and bills on time

• Looking for a long term flatmate who wants to stay at least 1 year with possible renewal afterwards.
