New home for a newbie to London! 34 female,

Hi potential new housemate :)
I’m new to London since December but I’ve been over here a lot. My ideal areas to live are inner city: north (Camden/islington), East (Hackney, Bethnal Green) South (Brixton, Peckham) and between 2-4 housemates.
A bit about me, I’m from Melbourne, Australia and have just moved over here to study Steiner teacher training, I’ve also just started a new job as a teaching assistant which is 9-5 everyday.
I have my own fashion brand which I’ve run for 11 years and it’s a global business that’s manufactured in Melbourne and I run virtually (I love it!).

I love my house to be my home, an oasis in a busy city to come back to, recharge and rest. I don’t mind a wine or two and love starting my day with a walk, if the suns out you’ll always find me sitting in it. I’m a non-smoker too, preferably no cats sorry!
I’m Coealic so it means I’m very tidy in the kitchen, I clean up after myself and generally love to keep my spaces neat and tidy. A big joy of mine is cooking for others and sharing meals, I’ll bring the beeswax candles!
I’m respectful of others and love a good laugh and heading to galleries, shows and exploring new areas.
Gigs, antiques, markets, vinyl, reading, nature, life drawing, creating, hiking and freediving are all passions of mine.

I’m available weekends for viewings (anytime) or after work during the week. And I can move in any time from mid-Jan, my sublet ends on the 20th Jan.
