Looking for friendly houseshare

Hi, my company is currently remote so I am working from Fleet but I would like to move to Brighton as the company should be forming a new office there at some stage and I would like to move and enjoy living in the city. I'd like to have a friendly houseshare, and it would be a bonus if there were others that were also working remotely.
I'm really interested in speaking to someone in person before making any decisions to get more of a feel.
A bit about me, before this job I had been in Latin America travelling and volunteering, my current job now is in sustainable timber certification. I speak some spanish now as a result but one of my main hobbies at the moment is to try and improve it. It would be great to meet some new people :)
