Studio flat or house share with a landlord/lady

I am a 28-year-old diagnostic radiographer from the Philippines and currently living in Poole, Dorset. I will start my new work in London by 2nd week of December 2024. I prefer a quiet place with public transportation access to Victoria Station and/or Hyde Park Corner Station, preferably in 50 minutes or less travel time. My duty in a week will be 37.5 hours with potential of 3 long days.

I am more than open for a shared room or homesharing for low-cost accomodation. I can also provide 10-20 hours of help per week as an exchange for reduced fees if possible.
