Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 33. I am looking to rent an apartment with only 1 other roommate for a 2 bedroom. I am flexible with move in date but I have a budget of 900 - 1100 pcm.

I am a full-time apple employee but I also run my own dance clothing brand. I am pretty much a creative tech person. I am looking to have a peaceful, clean and chill environment when I am locked in and focused working at home.

I am really chill and easy going guy. So an ideal flatmate who is also chill would be ideal. I like to cooking a nice clean kitchen is needed. I am quite social and out-going but I am a bit of a work-a-holic so I don't always to be social.
