Looking comfy and social room in Brighton

Hi!

I’m Jerome, I’m 25 and currently a Sports Data Analyst, Trader and also a Media manager for an events company in Brighton.

This means I’m very busy most of the time either at my desk or just working with clients either in my room or out and about so a room that’s big enough for my desk is very much needed!

Currently just looking for somewhere tempoary for a month or two due to a change in my financial circumstances but could potentially be open to something long term if arrangements are suitable.

Extra details for potential long term arrgangements:

I don’t cook much (I know terrible) so will probably never have to worry about me stealing all the kitchen space 😂 and im very respectful of noise but this is why I’d love someone I get along with on a personal level so if it’s ever to noisy you can just tell me to shut up!

I would really like to live someone who I can get along with and can hang out with during our free time as I’d like to move into a home and not a room and the spaces should be shared 😌

I love a good drink every now and then and I’m a massive football fan!

I have no issues with many things ie. little gatherings, pets or other people coming around as long as I’m made aware prior :)
