Looking for a peaceful double room/studio

I'm looking for either a double room in a peaceful shared house, or a studio, a reasonable commute from Bloomsbury and Barbican. I value a clean, tidy and quiet environment with thoughtful nice people. I'm kind, relaxed and respectful, and also like my own space as I am quite busy with work and studies - I work full-time at a university (hybrid), have a second job in culture, and study a part-time Philosophy MA. I have an arts background.

I'm looking to move in whenever the right place is found. Green space near by for running would be great. No drugs or excessive alcohol use.

Space needs to be in a good condition, no mold, no strong smells, no continuous noise please. Thank you!
