Seeking a peaceful and clean double room/studio

Hi, I'm seeking a double room in a peaceful and friendly shared house (or a studio) a reasonable commute from Central London, preferably close to Victoria Park. I'd like a quiet environment with considerate people, however I'm fine with a communal feel or a more independent arrangement. I'm kind and sensitive, and quite busy with work (arts venue) and studies (part-time Philosophy MA). I exercise, eat pretty healthy and take care of my living space.

Move-in date is flexible. Green space near by is important. Looking for a tidy and nice home, not a party house. No smoking/drugs/excessive alcohol. I love animals and can contribute to taking care of any pets.

Space needs to be in a good condition, no mold, no strong smells.

Also a possibility to rent a two bed flat with a professional friend if suitable is found.
